Scrapper Epics...

...not all that many options, are there?

I have a BS/Regen who's hit Epic levels, and am trying to decide between:

- Focused Accuracy and... erm... well, tbh, not much else I need, but the ACC bonus and PvP advantages would be welcome...

- Petrifying Gaze and the Dark set... but not really my style...

- Completely ignoring them and picking up Hack, Revive and some other odds and ends

Advice welcome.

Is it time for the dance of joy yet?

I'd never take Revive or any other self rez powers on a scrapper, that's admitting defeat beforehand , but I'd definitely get Hack on a BS Scrapper.

Obviosuly, Focued Accuracy is great, but if you feel you don't need it and Petrifying gaze is not your style, I'd try Torrent as a panic button (assuming you don't have enough power choices to pick Energy Torrent).

Got to agree here. Don't bother with Revive unless you A. expect to die alot, B. it fits thematically with your concept.

Hack is, or should be your most basic attack in Broadsword, a first pick in character creation. Slash is all well and good as a late pick to fill your attack chain (not that it's needed) but it's nothing compared to Hack.

Yeah Focused Accuracy (FA), six slot it and love it. You may find Conserve Power handy for long fights, especially now you have FA which is rather End hungry. Sure QR, Stamina and Set IOs help alot but even my Bs/Regen can dent that recovery rate with FA and Hasten buffed attacks.

If it's toys you want then Weapons Mastery might be for you. The pool is getting Targetting Drone (it's roughly equivalent to FA) in i13 and there's a few curios in the arsenal of caltrops and throwing stars.

Not fond myself of the Achilles Heel Proc, specially in low recharge attacks.

Ooops, forgot about that, it'll be great for Tech themed Scrappers, plus either FA and TD (and even tactics for that matter) admit cheap sets who grant some +dmg bonus.

Other way around for me. I have Slash in early levels to fill out the attack chain, and respec it out later when I have plenty of other attacks with recharge enhancements thrown in them. By that point Parry is taking up all the spare room in an attack chain anyway.
