Left to the reader's imagination. When I was writing it, I was thinking of her sleeping with someone else, but I'm actually not sure that would hit Ni as hard as Ni sleeping with someone else would hit Libby.

Whatever it was, it was probably not really a moment of weakness, or Ni wouldn't be talking about Libby having 'killed' Annette. Bare in mind that the Stone is trying to show Annette some of her worst possible futures, and if you hadn't guessed, it's her own will that is letting her see the better (or funnier) ones.

I was kinda wondering what the hell Ellie was doing in a room that's apparently loaded with Q radiation emitters. However dumb you might think she is, she's not THAT dumb!

My guess is, she didn't realise it was a chamber lined with quantum emitters until they went off, but if you think your character is dumb enough to walk into one knowingly...

No, the Ellie sequence, while all "oh my gods! Annette's a traitor!" was also supposed to be just a bit silly. I mean... Ni has managed to off Grav Mistress?

Actually, offing Jess, whilst not easy, isn't impossible either. You just need to catch her by surprise. And no, Ellie wouldn't walk into such a chamber knowing what it was. Not without a DAMNED good reason anyway...

You've actually kinda given me an idea, of fleshing that little bit out into a full story... I've already thought of a reason why Ellie's in that chamber...

In my mind there are just too many ways to kill even the strongest of people, all it takes is preparation, planning and the right tools.

Lets face it, how many people actually have teleport protection? One who protects against both the magical and scientic ones? Ones who cannot be overhelmed by brute force if need? Dump them into the sun and 99% of even the strongest characters won't survive and in the 1% left quite a few wouldn't even have the means to pull away from the colossal gravity pull of the star.

Granted, they'd eventually be free once the sun went off so saying they were dead wouldn't count, but a few million years later it stops mattering.

Anyway, I think it says something about me when after reading this story I got the urge to finish leveling Lea v4 who'll be even more tougher to kill than Lea v2 who is already at a ridiculous level.

That and keep a careful eye on Ni o_o

Oh yer, same here btw, just try not kill Lea too often, her toughness is matter of pride <_< >_>

I would just like to say that I now have stories from both FFM and Shadowe to read through, and I think I'm coming down with something buglike. I'll get you both replies ASAP, but right now I feel dizzy and I'm gonna have a shower.

Was a good read, if confusing and depressing, here's hoping every future story isn't just a death story. :P

Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant stuff.

Tempted to do my own for Infs acquaintances, but i dont think i know people enough to write their characters. Still i'll think on it.
