New Fire Powers for tankers and Scrappers!

Not sure what you mean if you want a god mode power as part of one of the Epic power sets you can pick at 41 then i think you have the wrong end of the stick. Epic powers represent powers that the AT would normally not be able to take eg holds and blast in the case of scrappers and tanks.
If your suggesting they change fires lvl 38 power into a power surge clone with fire replacing the elec FX, then you should also be aware fire would suffer and probably receive some form of resistance/heal/damage Nerf which is something i personally would be against.
Fire has its own strengths (good damage, fast recharging heal, and relatively good resistance) and doesn't need a God Mode power. (i would agree that Rise dose need some kind of tweak tho)
I think the OP is more interested in the look, rather than the effect of the power.
I really should do something about this signature.

in that case invis + all toggles + fire Aura from Face maker/icon
except they did something to invis and now some times it makes your toggles invisible and other times it doesn't most annoying
New epic fiery power for tankers and scrappers. this power would be a full fiery aura for heroes.
(this power would make the player turn into a full fiery hero like the lvl 38 electric brute power POWER SURGE!)
