I know that water powers have been suggested before, but this isnt water on its own, Aquatic Control/Blast/Manipulation is control over sea like items and powers to project at your enemy, yes this may contain a few powers that are water based. I created these powersets after the failure of Coralax becoming a VEAT.

Aquatic Control
1) Coral Encrust (Lethal/Toxic DoT Immobilise)
2) Water Jet (Lethal/Cold Knockup)
3) Coral Encase (lethal/cToxic DoT Hold)
4) Whirlpool (Knockback, slow, -ToHit)
5) Mass Encrust (AoE lethal/Toxic DoT Immobilise)
6) Coral Spines (AoE Lethal/Toxic slow)
7) Mass Encase (AoE Hold)
8) Wet Slick (Knockdown, slow)
9) Coral Crab (summon 3 crabs. Powers: Pincer, Bile Spray, Spiney Urchins, Twin Pincers)

Aquatic Assault
1) Spiney Urchins (Ranged Lethal)
2) Coral Sword (Melee Lethal/Toxic DoT)
3) Urchin Spray (Cone Lethal)
4) Water Burst (Ranged Lethal/toxic knockback)
5) Build Up (+DAM + ACC)
6) Coral Sword Spin (PBAoE Lethal/Toxic knockdown)
7) Tidal Wave (Cone Smashing/cold knockback)
8) Grater Coral Sword (Melee Lethal/Smashing/Toxic)
9) Coral Impaler (ranged lethal/toxic knockback, slow)

Aquatic Blast
1) Spiney Urchins (see above)
2) Water Burst (see above)
3) Urchin Spray (see above)
4) Aim
5) Tidal Wave (see above)
6) Coral Impaler (see above)
7) Coral Rain (AoE Cold/Lethal/Toxic, slow)
8) Coral Encase (see above)
9) Tsunami (PBAoE Cold/Smashing knockback)

Aquatic Manipulation
1) Coral Encrust (see above)
2) Coral Sword (see above)
3) Greater Coral Sword (see above)
4) Wet Slick (see above)
5) Build up
6) Coral Sword Spin (see above)
7) Bile Spray (from leviathan mastery)
8) Water Spout (also from leviathan mastery)
9) Risen Tide (Toggle: PBAoE Smashing/Cold, slow, knockback)

I know that water powers alone would have left me with negative feedback alone, so Is controling Coral and Urchins along with it any better? I'll leave that to your desicion

A total of 14 of my nerves have been harmed in the making of this post...

The coral idea is nice, but what's the selling point of the sets? What sets it apart? Besides the graphics that is.

Most of the sets have a "signature power" of sorts, and I'm not really seeing it here. Might be just because I'm tired..

I feel your pain too.

You've inspired me to do a Coralax-based Set now!

Also, the Aquatic Control Set needs to be more... controlling. Less damage.
