Single target hold, power boost, some blasts and some melee attacks. I don't personally like the AoE hold of Ice, but it from the "blappinator" title, I'd say you might find use for that. And that you might want to dismiss taking the snipe.

I want to hold stuff, shoot stuff and smash stuff so i made a ice/nrg. Not interested in sets i just want to now which powers lets me achieve this?
