Have a look in the 35-39 list. Many of the villain badge missions are listed under the wrong level.

I recently popped to ouroboros to do some mission arcs / badge missions that i'd missed (i'm level 39 atm).. I can't seem to do the 'Get the Unlucky Artifact' mission from the contact Hard Luck (lvl 30-34) though! I can do his 'Breaking the Streak' set of missions, but not the badge mission (bad luck badge).. Is there something i'm doing wrong, or is there no way to flashback to get this particular badge?
