Is there any way to extend the duration of click powers like build up and hasten ?
also, If i slot a "to hit buff" into build up (I think thats the one) that has +accuracy + rech reduction , what exactly does the +accuracy do ? does build up increase your accuracy or just damage?

No way to extend duration, no. And build-up and aim both up damage and tohit (which is different from accuracy, although both help to do the same thing), so yes, the tohit/recharge enhancement will boost both attributes of the power.
