Have you sent any information with regards your problem to the support team? Without reports, we can't look into what the issue is. Further, if you do get an error message and you contact support they'll be able to let you know the most likely reason.
Error messages received can be due to several reasons, including but not limited to: too many purchases in a given time frame; too many incorrect attempts using a given card in a given period; attempting to use the same card on multiple accounts and more.
Edit: Also note, that error messages when attempting to pay can be due to errors outside our systems (eg if there's a fault or maintenance at your bank).
Well, i was writing a ticket about it, but when i went back to check what the exakt error message was, it worked all of a sudden. So now i don't recall exaktly what it said.
I have the email saying payment failed, and when i tried reactivate it said something like... "error within provider refused transaction" or something vauge like that.
I can send in a ticket with the info sure. Hopefully it'll help for future problems.

Yeah, you *MIGHT* wanna check in on that. Past month i've heard alot of people having trouble buying game time and such. And today my account expired... which been on a rolling subscription since forever. Said canceled due to lack of payment... i go check bank account. enough money there to pay for 200 months. try again... no go.
finally it accepted it, and i can play again. But that problem shouldn't occur , and seeing how several of my friends have had trouble with accoutn fraud and what not.
Could be a GOOD idea to check it out some.
