What time does it start?

I imagine it would be as soon as it turns 12:00am
but is that in UK time?
If not - what time will it start in the UK?

I imagine it'll start right after the mantinence ends. So about 10:00 am.

It starts around the time the servers/your ISP/your computer breaks down.

I really should do something about this signature.
