Yep, you're right, a third party (or technically a second party in this case, I guess) has to help - or use a second account yourself if you have access to one...a sidekick account will do if you have one unused.

ok, possibly another forehead smacking , slack jawed question but:

right clicking on contact list / friend list doesnt seem to do it. So , both inviter and invitee have to be online and in line of sight at the same time.
is this correct ?
so If I want an alt to join a SG that I create I need a second player to do the inviting for me ?
