US Vet Time Not Carrying Over - Bug or WAI?

I had some issues with the Vet time when they implemented that. I had 21 months on my US account and 12 on my EU account, and for some reason they added it up to 27 motnhs. (21+12=33). So after i contacted support they looked over my account and sorted me out.

Oh yea, you need to be very clear on what you mean when you contact em. I had to get bounced between 3-4 diffent GMs until one finally understood what the problem was.
Also, They look at the date the account is created, not when transfer was made, which was the cause of my issue. I had the US CoH account, and when CoV came out i bought the EU version of that. It took support a couple of months for me to get sorted out, i paid for both EU and US for 2 months. and in that case 2+2 does not equal 4. 2+2=2.
I had similar but I suspect its actually correct now.
Close to the closing date for US to EU transfer I had a few characters transferred and got the very pleasant surprise that all my US time was added to my EU time so I got 30 month vet award immediately, I also got my 33 month on its then due date (probably because it was paid for before transfer) but it took over a year more for my 36 month to arrive - about 38 months after starting on EU with no breaks). I'm guessing that it should be awarding them from the earlier of the two starting dates (assuming no breaks) which would be about correct for me and the adding of the full US time rather than the non overlapping time was an error made during the manual transfer.

Hi All,
I used to play on the US servers and transferred over to the EU when the servers went online. I *think* I transferred before the Vet Rewards program went online. Now, when Vet Rewards was implemented I received enough badges to cover the time I spent on the US servers as well as the time spent on the EU servers. However now my vet rewards (from the US) have apparently stopped counting and I have seemingly been stuck on the same badge for well over 3 months. Is this correct or a bug? Anyone else experiencing the same thing?
