An Apple a day...?
Some info here.
(Short answer: Yes)
Good luck with it and let us know how you get on. Boot Camp seems to be the way to go, on Intel Macs at least.
I'm currently experimenting with Ubuntu, and looking at running CoX on that over WINE or something but I've got a long way to go

I run CoX on my Macbook Pro, using Leopard's Bootcamp (basically a partition which allows a separate windows install...a stand-alone PC using your Macs Hardware, basically)
Runs like a dream, but be sure to specify an Nvidia card...mine came with an ATI card and getting the GFX right so it a) performs and b) doesn't overheat is a balancing act
Currently got yet another PC, but I really fancy a iMAC. Might be an obvious question, but I havent seen anyone mention them and I dont actually know the answer so its not THAT obvious. Does CoX actually run on Macs?
