How do I unlock Rularuu weapons for:
1. Heroes?
2. Villains?

Both sides: Visionary badge (100 Overseers)

Heroes, any of the Shard task forces

Villans, souvenirs from the 2 arcs w/Rularuu (Naylor and Pither)

Yep, I unlocked Rularuu's Gaze (bow) with my archery/miasma defender of Union after completing Faathim's tf... and a few days later I unlocked the same bow with my ninjas/miasma MM in Defiant, I guess I had completed Naylor and/or Efficiency Expert Pither previously.
