Logging into the game
Aside from passwords are case sensitive, i cant think of a thing
eg. If it's password, then Password would be incorrect (or vice versa). You wouldn't beleve the times I've held down shift when I type the first letter of my password
Check your game shortcut. Odds are, it's pointing to the US updater instead of the EU one. Make sure the target of the shortcut is the file name "Cohupdater.EU.exe". If it isn't, change it. If it tells you that file doesn't exist, browse to your game folder and rename the "cohupdater.exe" file in there.

Well, i have this kind problem. I cant get into game at all. i checked my shortcut, it was correct. Checked firewall, no problems. I have everything like it should be, but my game aint working.
I did play US trial last 4 days. went game shop today, bought both CoH/CoV EU VERSION and gamegard. i uninstalled/removed trial, activated CoH/CoV at PlayNC. Same time i add'd gametime card. Installed the game and tried to go play. Says same thing as the first poster.
Shortcuts = 100% right and works
Account = Exists and have been payed
Firewall = No problems
really, what gives? its driving me nuts.
Edited: Oh my god, just noticed server mainentance new on PlayNC. No wonder it didnt work. Oh well, good thing it was not that huge problem after all.
Hi, i'm trying to log into the game for the first time but i keep getting a message saying my account name/password is incorrect. I've reset my password about 6 times and deleted my temp internet files, yet still nothing.
Anything you guys can point out to me that may be completely obvious?
