Problem with Graphics Please help

You need to install the latest drivers for your card. The ones shipped with Vista only offer the most basic OpenGL functionality and are not suitable for gaming.

Ok up dated the drivers, still the same, nothing has changed, still has all the same glitches. its still crashes
Make sure to uninstall the old drivers completely, use the Ati Driver cleaner that's available on their website, THEN install the new ones.

I am having problems with the graphics on city of heroes, I am using an ATI Radeon X1650 SE, and my operating system is vista. Currently In the option section I have no Graphics Quality slider thingy. The graphics of my character are minimal; the colours bleed over from other characters. The terrain Flickers and walls disappear, and after a while (after entering a new zone or mission basically between load screens) the mouse pointer stops being a mouse pointer and be comes a square of dots. I have no idea how to fix it. I am assuming itÂ’s a driver issues but if anyone can help me out on advice and where to get the drivers from it would be most helpful.
