Not that much of one if you have the form slotted for end mod unless its a very extended fight.

Just started to play my PB after a break from COH, when I noticed a damage output from some of the Novas attacks.
Bright Nova Blast - High Damage - 120 damage
Bright Nova Scatter - Moderate Damage - 115 damage
Shouldnt the nova blast be a higher damage due to being a single target?
Or does recharge now effect how damaging an attack is? and if not should then nova blast be beefed up?
