There is no Elite Ignighter, and Scorpions Surprise is not a replacement for anything, its a badge unlocked turret.
as londoner sasy ive never noticed an elite igniter so dont tink there is one as for scorpies surprise is a bonus weapon thats unlocked by the sg for killing recluse while in sg mode , its different from other weapons in the fact it can have something like 8 - 10 addon's

it fires a load of missiles at its target with a nice lil aoe bonus to it they do eat up the power a lil bit tho
