Just a warning to my fellow bane spiders, if you choose to put the 'achilles heal - chance for resistance debuff' into a slot on Surveillance, when the effect of the enhancment proc's it will break your cloaking device causing you to become ..uh..unhidden!.

Yup. A proc is just a power, and most "inform mobs" I.e. draw agro.
And any power that is set to "inform mobs" will suppress Hide powers.
I really should do something about this signature.
