Dual blades can get more cone and AoE damage than Claws (unless you're fine with the big KB)
Claws can still chain damned fast with the ST damage though and my claws scrapper is definitely my highest STDPS in total.
DB probably has the absolute edge over claws, but Claws is by far more stylish, where as DB would be the most ugly set in the game were it not for Katana

I'm finding Dual Blades far more fun than Claws, but give up ever seeing the fun and variety of Pool Powers. Willpower and DB both need a huge number of powers taken, and you'll end up with Fitness anyway because you'll be joyfully munching end non-stop. Oh you can choose not to, but you will anyway because DB is the ultimate scrapperlock heaven. You start getting all twitchy.

I have been wondering for a while now which is best Dual Blade or Claw's, i need to know because i am thinking of making either a Dual Blade Or Claw Scrapper when I12 goes live, I already have a Dual Blade/Willpower Scrapper but is low level under level 10 atm, so i cant really comment if i like Dual Blade or not, all i can say is, i like the fast paced action & combo's you can do which adds a little extra vavavoom
Can you let me know which you think is best and why please?
Also which secondary would be best to go with the primary, so far i see no problems with Willpower but when I12 comes out i was thinking maybee fiery as the secondary, add a little extra Dmg AOE style while single targeting with my attacks, i like PvP but obviously need a pretty balanced PvP/PvE style to level up.
