T Shirt Printing
I have t-shirts printed with pictures around the side, but from large companies, so I think I know what you're saying. I know someone in work who organises a lot of t-shirts printed for...... well reasons I've never been able to discover. Will ask her when I'm back in work (off sick at the moment) and see if she has any bright ideas
Like this t-shirt you mean right?
"Well, they found my diary today.
They were appropriately appalled
at the discovery of the eight victims
They're now putting it all together.
Women wrapped in silk
with one leg missing
Eight legs, one body, silk,
spider, brilliant!"
Yeah, exactly like that...
Though at the moment I have gone back to the drawing board and trying to be less complex... not that it's helping as Spreadshirt are rejecting all my designs for not being vectors... must sit down and actually learn what I'm doing wrong
Just to clarify, The Vector artwork specifications include provisos like no gradients or vector meshes, If you are supplying artwork like your avatar I can see a gradient on the eye object. You could get round this obstacle though by doing a dot-matrix gradient which gives the impression of a gradient while staying within their specifications.

^ Thread bump
Hardly The Phantoms, the additional vector problem Psygon was having was unresolved and hadn't had many replies.
The fact that I hadn't noticed the thread before was the reason behind the delay.
Thread Bumping is against forum rules (as well as being pointless) - trying to help someone isn't.

It doesn't matter if it's to solve the question or not.

2. No spamming or thread bumping.
There are no circumstances under which spamming or thread bumping is acceptable. If you ask a question on the board and it hasnt been addressed by a moderator, there is a reason for that (or there is not an answer currently available). Bumping or spamming will not make the answer appear any faster, so please refrain from doing it. This includes, but is not limited to: comments not contributing to the board, advertisements, cross posts, and messages posted repeatedly.

To be perfectly honest, If I've helped an unresolved problem - even if I have bent a forum rule over a 4-week old post - I'm happy.
Sue me sweetheart
Thanks Mothers_Love for the input... I actually worked out what was wrong with my design (was the font I was using not being properly pathed... who knew Illustrator didnt automatically turn my fonts into paths - not me!)
Anyway, to cut a long story short my Psygon tshirt is ready to go and I almost have an order or 10 ready to go. It's based on my current avatar but A LOT less complex.
I appreciate the tips on the dot matrix gradient tho as that will come in handy for a design I am working on now!
Great!, .. ahh yes highlight--->'Create outlines' is your friend - Do keep us updated about the T-Shirt designs, I love your artwork - I'd buy one!
Any new art incoming on 'Psygon's Pictures'?

I think perhaps you need a better understanding of what thread bumping actually is...

Having gotten the privilige to preview it some... i can say the new stuff is gorgeous!

Hey folks...
I'm wanting to make some custom t-shirts but I've had a look around online at the popular tshirt printing places (like Cafe Press and Spreadshirt) and it's a little limited on what I want to do (I don't want a centered print - I want something quite large to go around the side of the tshirt). I have no idea if this thing even exists to be honest, so I thought I would ask on this creative board to see if anyone has come across any more unique online tshirt printing outlets...
thanks!
