bumping aside, the Cylone Invasion Force is The Karma Police's PvP sg.
Not sure who you would need to get in touch with but I'll have a look for a link to their forum for you (cant remember it atm)

Ok my bad, spoke with Cold-Storm ingame today and found that the leader of the Cylon Invasion Force has taken a break from the game and the sg has fallen on its behind... Sorry
