The answer to your question would be that it all depends on the player personally imo i feel that pvp is a great way to get away from the grind of leveling up new toons or boredom of pve in general. I would suggest that you do a bit of zonal pvp in sirens call to get a feel for it. Suggesting sirens becasue warburg and recluses is where most of the experinced players go, while bloody bay is usually deserted 
You can get debt in pvp zones only if your defeated by any npcs.
As for builds anything will work fine in a zone tbh although i would suggest teaming up with others to exprience pvp since thats when it shines since pvp in this game is never going to be balanced for solo play.

Find a group of players that PvP, keep an eye on these forums for organised stuff. Or go to zones and try your luck. Put the Arena channel on aswell.
Random team battles on Sunday and Monday Nights in Pocket D on Union at 8pm.
Hi, never done PvP before and was wondering is it any good? Better than PvE? Do you get debt?
If is it better what is the best AT? does anyone have a good pvp build?
