Hey there, i earlier made a post asking for advice on a PvP storm/psy and i made a build for it and so on. However, recently I really haven't been doing all that much PvP so i figured i should change my build to suit my current play. That being, i am the majority of the time doing PvE although i do enjoy PvP zones on occasions. Anyway, this is what i thought of, please give your views

I havent bothered with acrobatics since i could put 2 KB IOs in hover or combat jumping.
this means you can take hasten a lot earlier which i try and get as soon as possible,
i would get sprint instead of hurdle.
I found conserve power essential on my stormy tbh.
