Have you checked the player guides section already for a build?
earth/emp might be a bit boring though. ice/storm is lovely in every aspect (earth/storm as a mix of your 2 choices is also very nice!)
If you want an example build ppl can help you better when you give some pointers to what you like; i.e. which travel power you prefer, if you want to be more support or more aggresive, wanna be pvp viable or not, and also important if you want have an regular SO build or a IO build, etc.
I was wondering can anyone make me a build for my ice/storm and my earth/emp? Thanks in advance
