Capping Buff/debuff stacking
Yeah, I noticed this last night when there came a point that I just couldn't score a single hit on anyone cos they all had such great def buffs.
If you think about some classic PVP builds (RAD/PSI and ?/STORM they centre around killing the opponents to-hit. If you've got focused acc etc you're ok but Villains lack such buffs and if you see a brute with tactics, well lets just say I haven;t seen that many.
It would be interesting, maybe it would encourage to fight more tactically if the playing field was more level.
Aim, BU, Rage, Forge, Yellow Inspirations.
Plenty of ToHit running around. Or -Def.
I think a big problem in pvp area is the various number of player from each side is never equal then the stack buff/debuff is mainly what is making a big difference that's the reason why i was thinking that instead of nerfing some overbuff like empath's buff under epik overpower buff what about a Cap of the amount of buff res/def/dam/acc and also debuffs that a player can receive????
