Using this post, let me ask...
The lvl41 cap for IOs, are only for set IOs?? Coz Ive heard that normal crafted IOs (f.e: lvl50 rech redux) will work normally if you are not mlfed under lvl32... This lvl limit affect only for the bonuses u get from a set you have enhanced.
I will explain it with an example: say Ive got hasten with 3 rechred lvl50. In WB, hasten will have the same benefit as normally... BUT, say Ive got a set with 5 Doctored Wounds enhancements: The enhancemnt lvls are 30, 34, 39, 41 and 44. When I enter in Warburg, I would loose the 5th set bonus, since it is lvl capped, and I would loose the nice 5% recharge bonus DW gives at 5 enhancements... 
a real shame...
This info has been readed from forums, but not sure where... Also it is based on my experience.

Right back for a couple of weeks play and have a fire/en tank i want to slot up for warburg fun..however ive forgot a few things.
Hopefully someone here can remeber and reply for me.
1. Set IOs for things like Doc wounds. what is the max lvl of these i can slot in WB and still get the bonus'.
2. Uniques such as numina +recov+regen. These can be any lvl and still work?
3. the chance for X and luck of gambler 7.5 percent global recharge, can these also be any lvl or do they also cap?
4. Purple IOs...ive heard the set bonus' are ment to work what ever lvl ur exempt to tho this is not working, is this true?
