I believe the so-called proc IOs check to hit every 10 seconds.

I heard it was check to hit every 10 seconds if the power was an autohit power, but death shroud requires a tohit check. I do wonder myself too if it'd have a chance to procure every event....

Quick question: If I place Armagedon - Chance for Fire Damage on Murky Cloud how exactly will it work? Will it have 33% chance of hitting the fire damage from time to time or just once everytime I turn the toggle on?
