You can only attatch one of them per workbench so im guessing they wont stack.

Well, no, it's one attachment per workbench - but the largest workroom takes three workbenches - so three Robotic Fabriactors - doesn't that make 15%?

It might mean that or it might mean a 5% boost for the items each individual workbench is capable of repairing, i dont know.
As i said it was a guess.
