The fly speed cap at level 50 is at 86 fps and with 3-slotted Fly and Swift you are very close to that depending on used enhancements. Withon a singe Siphon Speed you easily reach that cap although the difference is so small that you will hardly notice any increase in speed.
There is no way to get beyond that cap other than choosing a faster travel power.

If I were to take Fly, on my Ill/Kin troller....
I could 3 slot SWIFT
+ sldo 3 slot FLY
to reach the Fly Speed Cap from enchancments (i think)
If I use Siphon Speed can I boost this further?
