[/ QUOTE ]Once you have completed the story arc, you will always have access to that TF/Trial not matter how much you level thanks to the auto-exemplar system.
The most preparation you'll need is making sure you have a good mix of ATs or a ghoster/tp'er (which can reduce the time signifaicantly especially).
Whilst in the cavern, make sure to manage your agrro, don't go for more than one mob at a time and work quickly as they can respawn. When everyone is in place agree a time to click on (pick one on the timer) and once that hurdle is out of the way it's merely a case of defeating the mob around the hostage.
If you put a call out on Union Badgehunters then you might get a few more members who can help out and/or need it too.

Illusion troller with superior invis and recall friend is very useful on this one. Add deceive and you dont have to even beat Koago to finish the trial 
if anyone has it and whats to do it my 50 ice fire tanker is willing to do it this firday evenign around 6/7+ bst
