Hiya m8,
im talkin from a large experience on dominators... I also almost have achieve that 70% rech for the permadom in my mind/ice, so Im gonna spread some advices from my mind/ice I have noticed...
1) Go for Snipe and go for Terrify, since both offers nice rech boost. U could then skip 1 decimation set that is pretty expensive, and getting the sniper set and the fear set that will be cheaper. And also, Terrify is really good power to almost lock enmies down.
2) Acrobatics is pretty skippable actually, since you always can carry BFs while u build domination, and in domination you are inmune to all mezzes... U can always slot a karma kb protection in ur combat jumping, but think actually in this idea, and get another power...
3) Maybe u should go to Black Scorpion PPP, since the shield is based on defense, and you can slot it as u did with maneuvers. In fact, I went to scirocco for powersink in my tiny toon, but if u gonna skip it, think in go in BS or even in Mako for the water spout
Overall, it looks nice, im sure u will get a lot of fun with it. Enjoy it.

I just cant find it in me to not get a healing pet for pvp :/ the point about breakfrees is a point tough but combatjumping wont accept a 7th slot! its such a basterd really odds are im gonna be running with this one but it does not have terrify but I reacon a nice chain of tk into corner Powersink->Drain->PSW spam shoul do the trick tough ^^

hmmm, okay, im goin to send u my seconds thoughts having a look more slowly...
1) I wouldnt 6-slot psi dart, put decimation in another set, but dont waste it there... yeah, i kno, u r putting it for the rech bonus, just put it in another power (even dominate, coz u may want to toggle drop and then hit, u dont need the enemy long time locked).
2)Confuse isnt so good in pvp, its easily skipable... Although i would keep it (i love it, but if u go for pvp, u will not use it so much).
3) U should grabb levitate maybe coz an enemy toggle-dropped can be permaknocked, and thats a good tool i think for pvp... Also, is the only -fly u have in all ur primary set.
4)I wouldnt bother with numinas and miracle in health, coz u will have end more than enough with stamina, DP and power sink... U can always put a single Health IO and dont waste 1 slot in that power.
5) I know that hardcore pvpers will 6slot TK with 3endrdx, 3rech to have it available faster... That's up to u, i just tell u that.
Overall, u seems like a mini-sapper with the psi-shockwave and other stuff... Im sure it will be funny

no room for levitate really and fly aint really a hot power in the arenas anyway and acually getting the numinas and miracle are low in my prio list but you can never have to much end the /psi is reeeeally late blooming but its a good set with alot of potential
i'll try to push 50 asap and get a little video up
So I tweaked it around and while expensive as hell I doubt I could make this much better
