yes this build is abit fictional and exspensive but i really prefer finishing my build when i start out since i allmost got my brute io'd i need something new to focus on

Where's your hasten? You need hasten for most powers when you are EM/Nin. Dont bother putting Recovery uniques at Health, and actually dont bother with health at all. Stalkers HP are so low that health is like it doesnt exist (Specially when you got Sha) Take Swift/Hurdle instead and slot them. Rin does only need 2 slots with common recharge IOs, and its perma. Your travel powers are way too much endurance drain and they aint worth it imo. Go SJ/SS. Stealth, slot with 2 endurance reds, dont bother with the 15% speed+. Caltrops need only 2 slots with 42% common IOs recharge only imo.Dont bother 5 slotting hover, seriously. You can get the same 5% bonus from Doctored wounds in Sha.

The build is not bad,although i dissagree in some slots. But generally imo its way too issue 7-8... I would also not bother IO a tele-killer.

Can't say too much about it before I have seen this build at home with the Hero Designer, but one question arises: What do you want to do with this stalker?
As far as I can see he would be quite good at lurking in PvP zones, waiting for squishies to TP and two-shot, but other than that I see little use for him, because of his lack of anything close to being an attack chain.
Would be a pain to level up for me unless there is some serious respeccing (or leeching... in that case it's less pain and more boredom) involved.

made a few changes to the build now like i said its just a theory build for now moved it up to 66% bonus recharge and 24.5% dmg boost

Sitriel>> this is not meant to be a lvl build its a lvl 50 respec i plan to lvl with something abit more "i dont want to hammer my fist through the screen every 5 secs" friendly and besides i would not really bother building an attack chain on a stalker so far as i can tell from playing this one to lvl 22 it can do nothing other AT's wont do better

Teleport foe in my opinion needs lot more slots if you intend to use it in PVP. At least 2 acc SOs worth and range. Id slot my own tp foe SO-wise, 2 acc 3 range 1 recharge. Maybe get rid of the set ios in caltrops, leave one recharge in there and move the rest of slots to tp foe. Tp foe with 1 acc in PVP is useless.
