Looks fine to me, although Integration doesn't really need 1 EndRdx let alone 2 - I'd probably take that second EndRdx out of Integration and slot another Fly Speed in Fly.
take the 2 ends in intergration put two heals in instant heal, take out all the accuracy in attacks and put an extra recharge. FA is enough accuracy
You might want to do things like look at your attacks, look at the end cost, times that by the amount you use it in a minute, then divide that by 60 seconds to give yourself the rough eps of the attack. Then compare that to the eps of your toggles to see what needs end reds more. I would then look at what a 3rd end red in a toggle power saves and compare it what that end red would save in endurance on another toggle. Then Id repeat with all the other types of enhancements (well its likely that end slotting comes after other greater priority slotting). Mids planner does graphs and so saves me from looking at figures instead I can look at bars.

Actually, those 2 slots are there so I can get a doctored wounds set there for the 5% rechg bonus. This is just the build with SOs because I cant afford the IO'd one yet. In fly I will put 2x flyspeed IO

I dont think the heals in instant heal do much a difference really.. And the slots are in integration for the set anyway. I'm also going to put some sets in the attacks to get better percentages.

Could drop a recharge from Reconstruction, as the third one only increases recharge time by about 4secs...stick that extra slot into Fast Healing, also drop atleast one End Redux from Intergration and stick it on Health. If you can get Health 3 slotted you get a massive ammount of Regen with 3 slotted Fast Healing, Health and Intergration.
Well I guess I could move the endredux from integration to be 3rd slot in FH and 1 slot in health..
