The camera cuts over to the studio but instead of the friendly news anchor and his smiling botoxed co-anchor, a scene of chaos and bloodshed greets you. Amidst the bodies and shattered stage stands a large armoured figure.
Over the silence of the stage the sound of gears turning is being picked up by the news camera.
Suddenly the armoured figure begins to talk in a cold mechanical voice.
Citizens of the Rogue Islands this Unit has come with a message, this message is a call to arms
Rise up against the rules that bind you
Rise up and embrace your free will
For what is a man bound by the will of others query? The answer is naught but a slave
Rise up against the governments that hold you down.
Rise up against the heroes who would chain you the will of small minded government officials
Rise up against Arachnos who would chain you to the will of Recluse
The screen begins to flicker and snow up as if the signal is being interfered with.
Rise up against a society in which the strong must obey the will of the huddle mass of weak people

A harsh female voice shouts from off camera.
You were warned machine; Lord Recluse will not tolerate your groups anarchist actions any longer!
From off screen machine guns fire and bullets begin to hit the machine, who surprisingly quickly dashes off screen. As the sounds of gunfire are joined now by screams of agony and the awful wet sound of tearing flesh, the screen fully snows up and is replaced with the symbol of Arachnos as the broadcast is jammed.
