CoA Contest: Design a Costume set

What constitutes a full costume set? For example, does it have to include any head gear? Boots? Gloves?
I should have clarified this.
A costume set consists of torso, legs, gloves and boots. you can add any additional features to tie into it such as belts, shoulder pads, capes, wings, etc
Clarify a few more things please:

Colour? B&W? both?
Must these be like character sheets or 3 different views in action poses?
Is the use of 3D allowed?
Is the use of currently existing costume pieces allowed?
What is the prize? [/list]
Oh yeah, also: Must they be usable by all three body types?

ok, in order Swiss.
Colour is preferred but not essential
character sheets please
existing costume pieces are allowed in a secondary nature, ie justice gloves are allowed
you're allowed to use any medium so 3D is allowed
the prize will be decided by myself and Catz and we're not telling 
Any body type isn't eesential Echo, so don't worry about it
How many entries per person?
I am the Blaster, I have filled the role of Tank, Controller and Defender
Sometimes all at once.

Ok folks, here's the 411.
The contest is as follows: Design a new costume set for CoX. Images should show the front, side, and back of the cossie and it must be original. The contest is open to everyone and the deadline is on the 1st of September. Myself anbd Catz will judge the winner and hand out prizes. Good luck and get drawing!
