EDIT: Granted you can get the numbers you want in Hoarfrost with just 5 slots leaving the 6th for the Steadfast I'd personally rather slot a set in there. In my case Doctored Wounds for the extra 5% recharge.

I never really bothered with IO sets, its to confusing imo on what to pick, and im doing fine without, of course you can always be better, but still, if during hunting/missions I by chanch pick up all salvage + recipes, I usually slot it, but im not activly looking for it.
