Please be gentle on the critique, first time using Mids, so i'm just getting used ot the functionality. Some slots at high end are out of level, basically sets should be fully placed at their minimum level (or thereabouts) rather than some which wait till higher to get the bonus, but I made a few errors in clicking what when.

Also I know that the chance of afforidng all this is, well, monumental for some enhances, but thats not the point is it!

Horrible colours

With a +recovery IO and Power Sink taken much earlier and slotted 2-3 rech and 2-3 endmod you will not need stamina

A few things.

- I do like pink, but don't use it here. It's way too bright and extremely hard to read.
- You have not slotted your shield to their full potential. Using 3xResistance gives way more.
- Not slotting Jacob's Ladder for damage? Horrible.
- Not slotting Thunder Strike for damage sets either? Horrible.
- Take Conductive Shield earlier. Way earlier.
- Don't slot Kick. Not worth it, by far.
- Swap out those Accuracy enhancements in Power Surge and replace them with two Resistance enhancements.
- Get rid of Acrobatics and take Grounded.
- Power Sink at level 49? Are you crazy?! Take it at 35, that way you'll never run out of endurance!
- You still have five slots left. Use them.
- And using Mids' hero designer for the first time is no good excuse for making a horrible build
