I suspected the least, on the toons I have them slotted on, they didn't seem to be working to what level i'd have expected.
Hmmmmm def must be due to Issue 10 as were working before previously (well atleast for one of my toons). With my mez resistance being slashed don't think my toons doing so well now

my stealth IO was definately, without a doubt, working in the zones pre i10. havent tested after i10
Thankfully they are at least looking at the issue.. Will be two lvls until Im finally able to slot the damn thing. Would have been a major letdown if it had been bugged then..
Stealth as a power is bugged also iirc. A controller with tactics could see my teammate with hide/stealth/io. Lets take out the IO. Hide/stealth.

think the stealth IO also depends on what stealth IO you've bought and wot zone your in. For example if you have purchased a level 50 tp stealth IO and go into sirens the level 50 IO, it wouldn't work due to being exed to 30....

Nope, I have several slotted lvl 50 stealth IO's, even when in Warburg, I can activate sprint (Which the IO is slotted in) and as well as the gfx change you can tell it's working there. AFAIK you still have the stealth if the IO is slotted into a power which you have at the exemped level.

This is correct.
Would that still be the case for a numina IO (unique one). If I slotted a lv 50 into health would it be giving me that extra regen?

Spent yesterday testing this and when you are in a PvP zone your stealth IO is suppressed when you enter the zone in the same way it does when you are attacking.
Theres a report or two on the US of GMs acknowledging this as an issue and a patch is on the way but nothing official, its entirely possible the problems with the debt coding and stealth have messed them up in the PVP zones with the proportional debt system.
Regardless of the cause they are not functioning in the PvP zones, I havent tested in arena. So in the current build on live they are a pve only IO.
