It looks tasty to me, with added Toxic and Neg Energy resistance, a nice damage buff, hefty accuracy buff and small recharge buff, with some regen thrown in for good measure.

Vet respecin into stamina is nicer, it is imo better to be nearer a pure build till 20, but saying that, if given a choice of taking a travel power or aid self, Id take aid self, for downtime reduction etc and travel on the jet pack or flight pack.

He will honor his words; he will definitely carry out his actions. What he promises he will fulfill. He does not care about his bodily self, putting his life and death aside to come forward for another's troubled besiegement. He does not boast about his ability, or shamelessly extol his own virtues. - Sima Qian.

Every time someone says I should get Aid Self, be it on my Blaster, Brute, Stalker, Defender or Mastermind, I always say the same thing - I don't like it and I have no use for it.

I was about to mention Aid Self, but I won't. Though it is handy. Anyways... moving on, with my very limited Brute experience:

- I'd switch those two slots in Lightning Clap to Mu Lightning. Will make your ranged attack more powerful and will give you some more set bonuses.
- Perhaps an Endurance Reduction in Teleport? It is very heavy on the endurance when traveling long distances (like Nerva Archipelago).
- Personally I would not six slot a power with six IO's of the same set, but that's just me I guess.

For the rest; looks good if you ask me.
