Fire/Electricity Blaster
I havn't seen any either, but have seen some fire/energy guides.
I have an elec/elec blaster and I can say that /elec is pretty good and some nice powers in there too (power sink etc.)
I suppose the only thing you can do is take a look at a fire/energy guide and then a */elec guide and merge them
Since I started my fire/energy blaster i've seen loads about.. has fire/energy become FoTM?
Just pick the Fire/nrg build and replace nrg by its equal of elec. They have quite alot equal powers (punch/smasher/TF, conserve-powersink etc).
Fire/nrg is current 'active' fotm. As all the current ruling (ice/nrg, sonic/elec etc) most already have finished so moving to the next 'fotm'.

For a fire/elec using SOs I would look at something like this for pve:

And the best bit of advice to anyone starting a blaster is getting aim + build up asap. As far as PvE blasters go few are as rounded as fire/elec with great ranged AoEs, high single target damage from blaze and melee moves, pretty much infinite end from power sink. Just a question of getting high enough so you have everything slotted to a reasonable level

theRegulator Empathy/Energy/Soul Defender
Total Inertia Ice Blast/Kinetics/Psy Corruptor
Total Inferno Ice Blast/Thermal/Leviathan Corruptor
Wow, thanks for the build there Philosopher!
I'm liking it so far, I've gotten to lvl 15 and it's great. I just need to wait til around lvl 20 and then Respec with my Vet rewards, then i'll stick more or less to a modified version of this build.
Now just have to go and learn how to not agro everything that moves.

You will pretty much get this all the time. Best bet is to get someone else to take the agro or to hold them.
Ok guys, this is a brilliant combination in my experience - so why is there no guides or anything to help me out here?
Any more experienced players or anyone in general could you draw up a PvE build that I can try to tailor my character to?
Thanks for any help!
