The main IO sets I have on my ma/regen are Crushing Impact (times 5) which gives five lots of 1.13% hp, 7% acc and 5% recharge, add in 5 slotted stupefy in Cobra Strike (+6.25% rech) 5 slots of Glimpse of the Abyss (1.88% hp, 9% acc, 6.25% rech) and 5 slots of entropic chaos for a final +6.25% rech. Totals up as +44% accuracy and +43.25% recharge just for starters.
Good news is that CI only uses cheapo salvage, no rares, downside is that the recipes cost about a million a go, though when the numina stuff is 10 mill+ that does seem like a bargain.
oh yes, and once you've got CI fully slotted, its like having your powers slotted 2 ACC/2 RECH/2 END/4 DAM what's not to like.

Only potential improvement I can see would be dropping in a proc IO or two, specifically: Kinetic Combat Chance to KD and/or Pounding Slugfest Chance to Stun. Other sets can give you some +damage or +movement speed as bonuses, but compared to CI's accuracy and recharge..... I can't say I'd change from CI really.

Ok, so the slots and powers are ok? That's my biggest concern here. Just want to know if I can already respec into those powers and slots as I can toy with the sets later on.

Hmm, looks a lot like my build; personal preference, I'd say dump either MoG or Conserve Power and grab Cobra Strike, stuns are always nice to have, plus you can stick stupefy IO set in there for more recharge. Probably shift the tohits from tactics into focus chi, i know tactics is an always on thing, but you get so much more +tohit by slotting focus chi its probably worth it. And one final query, are you happy with your lack of vertical movement?

p.s. oh yes, you could probably lose the 3rd end red from FA and use it for another tohit slot on focus chi, its really not buying you much extra end at all, we're talking 0.04 end per sec saved according to my planner....

I dont mind the lack of vertical movement really, been a superspeeder since lvl 14 and hasnt been a problem so far
Also, I was told MoG is a must for pvp and I like having conserve. Just in case for those end sapping foes, like kin or elec.

I'm just curious....why the Tactics grab so late in the game? I've never gotten a toon that high so I'm just curious if suddenly only "slightly" stealthed enemies start showing up all over the place or something.

Been looking out for info on the forums and noticed I'm most probably able to free up a slot or two.
The first slot I could free up is the endredux in FA, 0.04 end per second or whatever it was, nothing to care about anyway.
The second slot I'm a bit unsure about. The impervious skin which has been nerfed, yes, you read correctly, has been nerfed to 7.5% resistance from 30%. As I cant stack it with anything is there any point to save it?
One thing, if there is no point in slotting MoG for 3x rech I could get slots free from that.
So, what should I slot if I took a slot from resilience and FA?

Yes, I grabbed tactics a bit late and I'm now moving it earlier into the build to allow me to see stealthed foes better in Sirens.
This is the new build with a bit of modification, slots are mostly the same, some powers have lost 1 or two while others have gained them. Powers are exactly the same, just moved around a bit.
If I get the two auto-accolades which I'm missing now (portal jockey & TF commander) I'll have over 1750hp by default at level 50. That should be fairly good for a regenner, the recharge is there to keep heals and powers like BU and IH available as often as possible.
The +accuracy is something I wouldnt exclude out of the build either.
One thing I feel the set bonuses are lacking is +regen, but then, you cant have everything.
Any suggestions for alternate sets are welcome (as long as the sets arent overly expensive, that is)
