Use the /demorecord feature of CoH and then fraps the recorded demos 
Actually, demo recording doesn't work for bases.
As all the base material is online, not client based... you get no visual of any base item.
Probably why bases take longer to load..

But anaywayz, here it is, it's very short but my 1st attempt, now i know what to do i will take time & post a decent 1 soon.
Also i think it's a good idea for when i re-recruite in the SG Recruitment Hub.
That way member's looking for a Sg, can take a peak @ the base
