Archery/Devices, Invention build plan.
I've had a 33 Archery/Devices Blaster and I have to say that I personally hate them. But I'll do my best to comment the great MaXimillion!
Anyways:
- Don't focus too much on Rain of Arrows as a first strike, the damage is close to zero. I'd rather use Blazing Arrow, especially in PvP (which is kind of obvious, isn't it?)
- Even with those Unique Inventions, would you want to waste those slots on Health?
- Though Archery damage isn't that great, the +9% damage buff you got there should make it a bit better.
- Good luck getting all those inventions, get ready for spending your influence.

[/ QUOTE ]On my L35 Arch/Dev, with both powers having 3 damage SO's, testing against L24 ancestor spirit, blazing does 512 damage (DoT included), while RoA does 535 damage. And RoA is a pretty large AoE.

[/ QUOTE ]Well, it is the very final build, but that slot allocation works pretty well for an SO/common IO build, so I'll just add set IO's over time.
If you look at your end cost and divide it by action time, then go and look at your base end recovery then think of intervals between fights and movement etc then knock yaself on the head for thinking ya need stamina (although when not much ya can do with slots its fine). I personally would stealth the build up a bit more with superspeed or stealth.
One thing about Mids heroplanner that i find limiting is no attack chain planner, its not that limiting for me due to the easiness of the graphs but ya dont see the overall build performance over a fight duration.

Id also get stunning shot for times when perma mezzing controller bosses is the only real "efficient" option

my lvl 34 Archery/Devices has been a great toon to play with cloaking device + smoke grenade makes you invisible to your enemies allowing you to saunter on in and plant down a mine followed by RoA is often enough to put most mobs down

Build is mainly for PvE, although with TD and the set bonuses should be able to PvP fine as well, at least as far as ACC is conserned. Focusing on trip mines and rain of arows as fight openers, with other AoE's cleaning up the rest of minions/lieuts, and the single target attacks mainly used for bosses. Celerity: +stealth in sprint combined with CD give enough stealth to plant toebomb with trip mines. Snap shot has a chance for BU, while aimed shot can self heal or hold foes, adding a nice random element to the mix.
