Hi Akaoz, I can't help with IO slotting, but as for power choices....firstly I have to say is there a need for stamina in your build?, my Merc FF at lvl 31 still doesn't need the fitness pool and I don't think he will even at lvl 50.
Teleport pool would be usefull and would be more useful than the fitness pool, or maybe group fly as one other power chioce ( I've found it helps on maps like Oranbega)
One other thing to note, (as a fellow FF) manouvers (although a bit sucky on its own) when combined with FF gives a decent boost to your bubbles.
Regrading Force Bolt: I slot it 1 acc, 1 recharge and 1 end red, thats enough for me, keeps flamethrowers and any other AoEs away from my minions till I'm ready to deal with them.
Detention Field is another FF power that you could take instead of any fitness powers, worth taking to isolate a boss, AoE'er or mezzer (see above), finish off the surrounding minions and then take out that problem on it's own without any adds
One last thing, I don't know what lvl you are, but Personal FF should really be taken earlier in the build, many times, even at lower levels, when pets aggro too much or the fight goes wrong, PFF and get away, regroup, go back and finish the job.....it's alot quicker than going to hospital (no debt either )
Sorry I can't help with IO's, but to be truthful, I'll only be looking at the benefits when I ding 50

My two cents worth as a fellow Bots 'n' Bubbles MM.
I like Repair combined with Aid Other, take it. It's a huge heal and adds endurance. I tend to save it for the Prot Bots and the Assault Bot, but it keeps them going better than Aid Other. Slot it three recharge.
I also have assault, manouvers and tactics. They work nicely together, with manouvers supplimenting your bubbles so much that your bots will rarely die, even the babies.
Slot Equip as 2 recharge and an end reducer. Slot Upgrade with three recharge and an end rec and you'll have all six bots upgraded and equipped as fast as you can equip them as the extra recharge means Upgrade recharges about as fast as equip.
Dispersion Bubble needs two end reducers. It's a hog.
Take PFF as early as you can, learn not to worry about leaving your bots without your leadership toggles and supremacy, if they're bubbled up they can survive a hardish fight, but PFF will save your debt and keep the good fight going.
I regret not taking Recall Friend so far and keep thinking how I can fit it into my build. Your Bots are of very little brain and they get stuck. It's usually about halfway through your boss fight that you realise a Prot Bot and your Assault Bot are halfway back down the warehouse stuck on stairs or chasing a runaway. Recall Friend saves time and saves lives, or at least repair bills.
My advice is based entirely on SO's, as Crossfire's. I am not well versed in IO's as I am too busy selling everything for the Phat Lewt.

This is a respec for my 50th lvl MM, so the order of powers isn't all that important.
Like I said though, what I really need feedback on is the IO-sets. This build should boost defensiva and end regen enough to not need end reducers in the equip and disp bubble, but I'm not sure.

Have you never had the opportunity to laugh hilariously when a level 50 exemps then realises their level 50 respec means they have no travel power (or other important power) until much later levels.
Even for a level 50 respec, my advice would be to pay attention to the order you pick powers as if you were levelling normally. The only thing you can get away with is those powers that you later respec out of and don't need to fill gaps, sort of thing. I know what I mean, anyway.

Well, by "all that important" I ment it's not the end all and be all of my reason for asking for help. The reason why I picked Personal FF late, is that I got to lvl 50 without, but ran out of other things to take after I had dropped other useless powers from my original build. So I decided to pick it up if only to use as a panic button.
It's the globals and esp the end recovery, I'm worried about in this build... Also, the lack of a "gun" is anoying me 
How badly does this suck, and what can I do to improve it? I've got no idea what I'm doing when it comes to the IO-sets so any input on those would be MOST appreciated.
