Ice/Nrg/Pyre build
For PvE you should probably slot taunt with recharge or duration as its autohit there, but apart from that I see no flaws, but then again I have no Ice tankers nor Energy Meleers so perhaps I'm not the best person to respond

looks pretty sorted to me.
only changes i'd have would be slotting char over fire blast.. purely cause i find the ranged hold handy for sappers and the like, but i guess BU and nrg transfer deals with em nicely anyway.
oh, and i'd be tempted to stick an end redux in fireball. the end cost on that is quite painful...
End mangement for me is not a problem considering I never charge, I herd. As for sappers: a nice high five will sort them out.
Wet Ice only needs 1 EndRed (default slot).
Is Membrane Exposer a */DefBuff HO? If not, I would slot EA with 3rech2DefBuff1EndMod. It works much better. You can still fill get a good amount of End with 3 foes.
Taunt is autohit for PvE. I'd put 1Rech instead.

I'd have three but no1 that has one wants a def debuff/tohit debuff/acc HO.
Anyhoo, the acc is for archvills and the occasional pvp and I like wet ice with 2 end reducs it helps that bit more with end management.

i think slotting EA qith def is useless... i would go 3recharge2end mod an 1end red... 3slotted def with EA seemed a waste an i couldnt feel the difference. That said a mob with no end cant attack you an 2end mods drain there end quite fast. also Fly? really? i would go with Sj as less slots stick a Def in Cj an away u go. i would Put an acc in barrage as a recharge is jus however much influ on a recharge SO wasted. Taunt needs to be sooner an 6slotted imo 3taunts an 3recharge. maybe slot Icicles with 2acc2dam2taunt keep that aggro on you. All else attacks look good etc as said before wet ice only needs the default slot with EA having 2end mods u wont worry about end at all.

I've tried this build on test and I find it extremely powerful in PVE and I was wondering would you guy have any tweaks or whatever to contribute because unfortuantely I don't have hindsight :P
