If you're Bots/Dark, then why bother with the inferior Intimidate and Invoke Panic when you can much more easily use the far superior Fearsome Stare? Any additional control you need can be gained by slotting Howling Twilight and Petrifying Gaze, surely?

Intimidate and/or Invoke Panic could be useful for stacking fear on bosses (with Fearsome Stare) but I'm not really sure if it's worth it.
