Im lv 26 and next power I take *will not* be flurry but Id like to hear opinions based on experience on which DA power to take. So far Ive not really used any distinctive DA powers except dark regen. I was thinking of taking boxing and tough (instead of taunt and a DA power).

I can taunt and herd a group quite well but I wouldnt mind a bit of extra damage mitigation.

Im thinking cloak of fear would be a good damage mitigator. Cloak of darkness sounds nice but perception and invisibility is more useful for PvP, whereas I chose a PvE primary this time.

Im also a bit concerned with the end costs cause I still havent tried acrobatics which Ill definately get pre lv30.

Cloak of fear is a great damage mitigator, but is an absolute end hog. I have it on my DM/DA brute but will only use it when fight +2's and above. On lower mobs it isnt worth the extra stamina, whereas on the higher lvl mobs, because they take longer to go down, i always think a bit of extra mitigation is helpful, as the DA brute only has the one heal which is also and end hog.

Acrobatics is always an asap power to me when looking to use it for kb protection so I'd get that next. The idea of some goodie knocking my brute about just don't fit.

If you want damage migration take oppressive gloom. It will stun all minions, it has a fairly low end usage and you really dont need to slot it. It might impact your fury though.
