The small group of Thorn members, barring one, never knew what hit them.
Moments before they were crushed, the heroine Sarah Lady Patriot sat perched on the roof above the alley they were in. She looked down on them with intense hatred, the anger inside her building. They were discussing the finer points of summoning and demons when the car came down on them from above. Three of the five were knocked out instantly. A shadow dropped down and a super-strength fist to the back of the head took care of the fourth. The fifth, now shaking like a leaf, looked at his attacker.
She stood, fists clenched, blonde hair blowing in the wind. She stared at the young Thorn with utter disgust and amazing intensity. The Thorn knew he couldnt win, and turned to run. He heard the young blonde heroine behind him mutter to herself, and screamed out in pain as a large rock broke both his legs. He feel, clutching his shins, frantically muttering to himself.
Sarah walked up the young man and pulled him up effortlessly by his collar. He shivered as she looked into his hidden, glowing eyes.
What have you done to her? the heroine demanded, her voice filled with anger and disgust.
W-what? The Thorn filled his voice with uncertainty, hoping to fool the young heroine.
Ebon Tear. I know you know what Im talking about.
Im not going to tell you! the Thorn replied, masking himself in false courage. Sarah saw straight through the mask and grasps the young Thorns right hand in hers, her thumb pressed against his index finger.
Im asking you politely. What do you know? The young man shook his head sternly, and then screamed in agony as Sarah pushed his finger all the way back.
Aaah! What are you doing!?
One little piggy. The heroine spoke calmly, hiding the immense anger she felt building up once again. The same anger that forced her to flee Paragon some week ago. Sarah frowned as the Thorn began to crack.
Ebon Tear, the heroine? Y-yeah, I do know of her, she was the one that put one of our Death Mages in prison last week, but
Death Mage? Whats he called? The Thorn once again shook his head sternly, which was soon followed by another crack. Two little piggies.
Okay, okay! We call him Last Sunrise!
Sarah pushed him to the ground and remained cold. She punched him in the head as he tried to stand, barely pulling it enough to ensure he was only unconscious. Sighing, she cracked both his legs back into place, followed by his fingers. She then left, jumping out of the alley into the afternoon sky. Her thoughts were directed to Sophie as she sped home to research the Death Mage. Sophie was Sarahs friend. She was also Sarah2s friend. Sarah knew, from the memory of the Sophie in Sarah2s dimension, they were more than friends. Sarah2 lost her Sophie.
