The proportions are fairly of, the body is too big compared to the legs and head. If its a short character then the head is bigger, if its tall then the legs are longer 
Other than that its good... dang I'm [censored] at complimenting peoples work but good at the critique

Oddly, Juan is easier to draw Chibi form that Issac is, in spite of both of us finding Issac easier nomally.
I like chibi's, they don't have nasty things like hands and feet...

I'm fairly happy with the colouring (although I've love a tip or three!) but the proportions just seem wrong.
