Elec/Elec/Elec build - sugggestions please
It's not worth while slotting anything more than 3 of any type of enhancement.
Some suggestions...
Lose the 3 extra slots on stamina and put 2 end reduc on fly.
Lose health for hurdle (try and slot as many (upto 3) jump and run speeds in them if you plan to duel in the arena).
Slot hasten with 3 recharge reduc.
Thunder Strike, Charged Brawl and Havoc Punch really want 3 dam 2 acc and then one of your choice.
Aim and build up could use some ToHit buffs.
Shocking bolt wants an acc or 2.

TBH, I am more interested in zone pvp with a bit of arena, so would this still apply?

According to hero planner this power doesnt take acc, I can check on my toon as I went for fire mastery first time round.
Im just looking over the build again and Im beginning to think that I should maybe looks at the healing pool since most seem to benefit from it well in pvp.
Im, also debating on the concealment pool as well trading it in for the +def powers in the SJ set.
Anyway I will revise my build and post a new one soon.

Manouverability is as important in zones as in the arena.
If you're taking aid self, health is a bit of a dead power, if you can spare slots for hurdle and CJ (I have to admit I always struggle on my blasters) they're very handy. 3 slotted hurdle and CJ combined give a very nice degree of precision bouncyness.
Problem is with that build im very tight for slots but i think it works.
I think you are using an old version of hero planner are you not? Because you got endrec and enddrn in powersink, yet both of those are combined into endmod for quite a while now. I suggest switching the last 3 slots for recharge instead.
Second of all, still the point stands you want acc in shocking bolt..
Thirdly, recharge reductions in acro?! that is really not worth it, just put in an endreduction or 2 in it and you're set.
Play around a bit with the last 3 slots in aid self, personally I prefer either 2 rech, 1 intrpt or 1 rech 2 intrpt against 3 intrpt.
KB distance in havoc punch? Why would you want that?
IMO TB doesnt really need acc, but that might be my own preference I guess.. personally I slot it with 3 dam, 3 rech and let BU/Aim take care of the acc.
Swap the dmg for an acc in shocking grasp, in PvP you can never have enough acc as everybody will probably have some form of +def power running, or even pop a load of purples for that effect.
Coming back to havoc punch, personally I'd swap that kbdist for an extra recharge on tesla cage. Not only is tesla cage a nice hold, but it's also one of your best end draining powers.
For the rest its a decent enough build.. just your slotting needs major tweaking

Hello again all, Ive looked and found that I was using heroplanner not character builder (this one) so that has fixed a few problems.
Anyway, Here once again is my latest version . TBH I have never had Elec mastery before so Im not really sure what to put in Shocking Bolt + Grasp. But from your comments I think I have done it 'correctly'.

That's looking pretty good now.
The only thing I would definitely do differently is... Lose EM Pulse for Super Speed and use the slots you will gain there to slot 3 recharge in both Aim and Build up and keep the ToHit buffs aswell.
I would also lose a slot from Combat Jumping, and slot it 2 jump, the defence buffs arent really worth it. Probably lose a slot from Super Jump too and try and get 1 or 2 more in Hurdle and Swift.
I'd like an end reduc or two in the shield aswell, but I'm not sure how reliably you can keep your end up with this build from the drain..

Ok well My Elec/Elec/Elec blaster is currently at lvl 46. Ive just finished the 3rd respec, (with a great team might I add) So my current build I have had some success in pvp and coming towards 50 Id like to respec to make this toon more pvp oriented.
